We are locally owned, locally run, and locally staffed! Our founder, Mark Updegraff, loves the Rochester area. When faced with the choice of relocating to find a new job, or changing careers and remaining in upstate New York, Mark didn’t hesitate. As a result, he swiftly took steps to found his own real estate companies so he could stay in the Rochester area.
